Your experience matters deeply to us, which is why we honor a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your purchase doesn't bring the peace and comfort you sought, please reach out to us through our contact page—we're here to help you find resolution.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes intentions shift. You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window closes, we may be unable to accommodate changes as your order will likely have entered our fulfillment flow. Cancellations made within the 24-hour period will be refunded within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for items that remain unopened and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through regular use or improper handling are not eligible for refund. Should you return an item outside our guidelines—without valid cause or beyond the 30-day timeframe—we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.
To initiate a return:
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
Wait for our team to approve your return before shipping
Ensure items are unused and in original packaging
Include your order number and shipping name inside the return package
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items arrived damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. After confirming the items are in resalable condition, refunds will be processed within 40 business days from that confirmation date. If you haven't received your refund after we've confirmed processing, please contact your financial institution directly.
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the exchange rate of the original transaction. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We craft our products to support moments of calm and restoration, and we ask that you honor them with mindful use. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines included with your product and available throughout our website.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage or injury resulting from improper use or failure to follow guidance. Refunds or replacements in such instances are granted solely at our discretion. If you experience any discomfort while using a Lumi-Bliss product, discontinue use immediately and contact us through our contact page. We're committed to addressing your concerns with care.
Damaged Items
We package each order with the same attention we give to crafting our products. An item is considered damaged only if it arrives with a defect or physical breakage—cosmetic damage to packaging (dented boxes, etc.) with the product itself intact does not qualify.
If your item arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Email us with a clear photo of the damage attached
We will assess your eligibility for a complimentary replacement
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear, regular use, or mishandling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver your Lumi-Bliss experience promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control—those caused by couriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit. For delivery concerns, please contact your courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
